AGZ Ventures LLC (“AGZ Ventures,” “Kidney Buddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Kidney Buddy mobile application.

Kidney Buddy does not collect, transmit, upload, sell, or share personal information or health information with AGZ Ventures LLC or any third party. Information entered into the app is stored and processed locally on the user's device.

Kidney Buddy does not collect, transmit, upload, sell, or share personal information or health information with AGZ Ventures LLC or any third party.

Information that you choose to enter into Kidney Buddy, such as your name, email address, age, weight, kidney disease stage, dietary information, meal records, and nutrient targets, is used only within the application and is stored locally on your device.

This information is not uploaded to a cloud server and is not transmitted to AGZ Ventures LLC.

2. How Information Is Used

Information entered into Kidney Buddy is processed locally on your device to provide app functionality, including:

• displaying your nutrition information;
• tracking meals and nutrient intake;
• storing user-selected nutrition targets;
• displaying reports and reminders; and
• personalizing the app based on settings you choose.

Kidney Buddy does not use this information for advertising, marketing, profiling, insurance decisions, employment decisions, or other unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Kidney Buddy does not share user information with third parties.

The app does not transmit personal, health, nutrition, or account information to external servers, analytics providers, advertising networks, or other service providers.

4. Local Data Storage

Information entered into Kidney Buddy is stored locally on the user's device.

Because this information is not stored on our servers, AGZ Ventures LLC does not have access to it and cannot retrieve, modify, or independently delete it.

Users can remove locally stored information through the app where applicable, by clearing the app's local storage, or by uninstalling the application.

5. Security

Because Kidney Buddy stores user-entered information locally rather than transmitting it to AGZ Ventures LLC, the privacy and security of that locally stored information also depend on the security of the user's device.

Users should protect their devices using appropriate security measures such as a screen lock, PIN, password, or biometric authentication.

6. Children's Privacy

Kidney Buddy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Kidney Buddy's features or data practices change. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If Kidney Buddy later introduces features that transmit or store user information outside the user's device, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.
